I love Black Expos and street festivals and what not.  The Missouri Black Expo will be going down this coming weekend Friday-Sunday at America’s Center.  And they put together a cute concert.  MC Lyte (loves her), Sugarhill Gang (the originators), and Kem (love love) will all hit the stage Saturday.  I think the concert kicks off at 5pm.   It’s definitely a great family outing and you will probably catch me out and about. Russell Simmons adds another feather in his business cap this month when his line of clothing in partnership with Walmart hits stores.  The line, dubbed American Classics, debuted in Chicago’s only Walmart earlier this month and is slated to roll out to 10% of the Walmart stores (about 350 stores) in a few weeks.  I for one love the regal look of argyle and I’m totally happy that Walmart is adding some ethnicity to it’s designer line up.  The price point on the line is quite pleasing at $9-$29.  You can make it happen by visiting www.walmart.com.  Happy shopping!!!
